All members are expected to follow these Community and Safety Guidelines.

1. Be genuine

2. Be respectful

Treat other members respectfully, even when you are not interested in them.

Harassment, threats, intimidation, degrading language and persistent unwanted contact are not permitted.

3. Keep Zawaji marriage-focused

Zawaji is designed for people seeking a potential spouse.

Do not use the Platform primarily for:

• casual solicitation;

• spam;

• commercial promotion;

• scams;

• entertainment unrelated to marriage; or

• other purposes inconsistent with legitimate matchmaking.

4. No sexual harassment or explicit misconduct

Do not:

• send unsolicited sexual content;

• sexually harass another user;

• pressure someone into sexual conversation or activity; or

• upload prohibited sexually explicit material.

5. No financial exploitation

Do not use Zawaji to conduct:

• romance scams;

• investment scams;

• cryptocurrency scams;

• emergency-money scams;

• fraudulent fundraising; or

• deceptive requests for money, gifts or loans.

Members should be cautious if another user requests money or financial assistance.

6. Respect privacy

Do not publish, share, distribute or misuse another member’s:

• photographs;

• messages;

• contact information;

• personal information; or

• private communications

without authorization.

7. Respect blocks and boundaries

If another member blocks you or asks you to stop contacting them, respect that decision.

Do not create another account or use another communication method to continue unwanted contact.

8. No hate, terrorism or violence

Content or conduct that promotes:

• terrorism;

• violence;

• hatred;

• unlawful discrimination;

• threats; or

• dehumanization

is prohibited.

9. Protect yourself when meeting offline

If you decide to meet another member in person:

• take reasonable time to get to know them first;

• consider telling a trusted family member or friend;

• meet in an appropriate public location;

• arrange your own transportation where possible;

• protect your financial information;

• do not send money under pressure; and

• leave if you feel uncomfortable or unsafe.

10. Report concerns

Use Zawaji’s reporting and blocking tools if you encounter:

• fake profiles;

• impersonation;

• fraud;

• harassment;

• threats;

• suspicious financial requests;

• inappropriate sexual conduct;

• prohibited content;

• suspected underage users; or

• other serious safety concerns.

11. Enforcement

Violations of these Guidelines may result in:

• warnings;

• content removal;

• feature restrictions;

• temporary suspension; or

• permanent account termination.

Serious violations may result in immediate enforcement.
