1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Zawaji (“Zawaji”, the “Platform”, “Service”, “App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
Zawaji is operated by Numu AI Solutions, Mushrif, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (“Numu AI Solutions”, the “Company”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Numu AI Solutions governing your access to and use of Zawaji, including our website, mobile applications, software, features, products, subscriptions, and related services.
Zawaji is an online technology platform designed to introduce individuals who are genuinely seeking marriage. The Platform provides tools such as user profiles, questionnaires, compatibility assessments, personality insights, Islamic compatibility indicators, matching functionality, messaging, and other features intended to help users make informed decisions.
By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community and Safety Guidelines, and any other policies incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not create an account or use the Platform.
2. OUR ROLE
Zawaji provides technology that enables users to discover and communicate with potential marriage candidates.
The Platform is intended solely to facilitate introductions between users.
Numu AI Solutions is not:
• a marriage broker;
• a matrimonial agency;
• a legal representative;
• a relationship counselor;
• a religious authority; or
• a guarantor of compatibility or marriage success.
We do not guarantee that:
• any user is truthful;
• any user is suitable for marriage;
• any recommendation is accurate;
• any communication will occur;
• any engagement or marriage will take place; or
• any marriage will be successful.
Users are solely responsible for evaluating potential partners and making independent decisions regarding communication, meetings, engagement, and marriage.
3. ELIGIBILITY
To use the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
• you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the minimum legal age required by applicable law;
• you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement;
• you are legally permitted to use marriage-introduction services under the laws applicable to you;
• you are registering solely for yourself;
• all information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete; and
• you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
You may not use the Platform if:
• your account has previously been permanently terminated;
• you impersonate another individual;
• you provide false or misleading information;
• you use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes; or
• your use is prohibited by applicable law.
Numu AI Solutions reserves the right to refuse registration, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts where it reasonably believes these requirements are not satisfied.
4. USER DECLARATIONS
By creating an account, you declare and agree that:
• the information in your profile is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge;
• your photographs accurately represent you;
• you will promptly update information that becomes inaccurate;
• you are using the Platform with a genuine intention of seeking marriage;
• you will treat other users with respect and honesty; and
• you will not harass, deceive, manipulate, threaten, exploit, or harm another user.
Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
5. COMPATIBILITY, PERSONALITY, AI, AND ISLAMIC MATCHING DISCLAIMER
The Platform may use questionnaires, user preferences, profile information, algorithms, artificial intelligence, or other automated technologies to generate compatibility scores, personality assessments, Islamic compatibility indicators, suggested matches, or other recommendations.
These features are provided solely as informational tools to assist users in identifying potential introductions.
Numu AI Solutions does not represent or warrant that:
• any recommended match is compatible with you;
• personality assessments are complete or error-free;
• Islamic compatibility indicators accurately reflect religious compatibility or practice;
• compatibility scores predict relationship success;
• AI-generated recommendations are accurate or suitable; or
• any recommendation will result in communication, engagement, marriage, or a successful long-term relationship.
Compatibility between two individuals depends upon many personal, emotional, religious, cultural, financial, family, health, and lifestyle factors that cannot be fully measured or predicted by questionnaires, algorithms, or artificial intelligence.
Accordingly, all compatibility scores, personality assessments, Islamic compatibility indicators, rankings, and AI-generated recommendations are informational only and should not be relied upon as guarantees, promises, professional advice, or religious rulings.
Users remain solely responsible for independently evaluating potential partners, verifying information, seeking advice from family members, trusted advisers, or religious scholars where appropriate, and making their own decisions regarding any relationship or marriage.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Numu AI Solutions shall not be liable for any decision, relationship outcome, engagement, marriage, separation, divorce, financial loss, emotional distress, or other consequence arising from reliance upon compatibility scores, personality assessments, Islamic compatibility indicators, AI-generated recommendations, or other information provided through the Platform.
6. NO GUARANTEE OF MARRIAGE
The Platform facilitates introductions only.
Numu AI Solutions does not promise, guarantee, or warrant that:
• you will receive matches;
• you will receive messages;
• you will find a suitable spouse;
• you will become engaged;
• you will marry; or
• any marriage will be successful or long-lasting.
All relationship outcomes depend upon the individuals involved and circumstances beyond our control.
7. USER RESPONSIBILITY
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for:
• verifying the identity and information of other users;
• exercising appropriate judgment before communicating with or meeting another user;
• conducting your own due diligence before making important personal decisions;
• complying with applicable laws; and
• protecting your own safety, privacy, and personal information.
The Platform should not be your sole source of information when making decisions about communication, engagement, or marriage.
8. USER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By creating an account or using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
• compatibility scores are estimates only;
• personality assessments are informational only;
• Islamic compatibility indicators are informational only;
• AI-generated recommendations are informational only;
• the Platform facilitates introductions only;
• no match, relationship, engagement, or marriage is guaranteed;
• you are solely responsible for your decisions and interactions with other users; and
• the Company's liability is limited as described in these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create a user account.
You agree to:
• provide accurate, truthful, and complete information;
• maintain only one personal account unless expressly authorized by Numu AI Solutions;
• keep your account information updated;
• maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials; and
• immediately notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You are responsible for activities conducted through your account except to the extent caused by our own acts, omissions, negligence, or security failures.
We reserve the right to reject an application for registration where permitted by applicable law.
10. IDENTITY AND PROFILE VERIFICATION
To improve user trust and safety, Zawaji may provide or require verification methods including:
• facial liveness verification;
• profile-photo comparison;
• selfie verification;
• telephone verification;
• email verification; or
• other verification technologies.
Verification is intended to reduce impersonation and fraud.
Verification does not constitute:
• a guarantee of identity;
• a guarantee of honesty;
• a criminal background check;
• a financial background check;
• marital-status verification unless expressly stated;
• a guarantee regarding religious practice, education, employment, income, health, or character; or
• a guarantee that a user is safe or suitable for marriage.
Users remain responsible for exercising appropriate judgment and independently verifying information before meeting, becoming engaged to, or marrying another person.
11. USER PROFILES
Each user is responsible for ensuring that profile information remains truthful, accurate, and current.
Users must not knowingly provide false or misleading information regarding matters including:
• name;
• age;
• marital status;
• religion;
• nationality;
• education;
• employment;
• income;
• physical appearance;
• photographs;
• location;
• health information;
• family information;
• children; or
• intentions regarding marriage.
We may request supporting information or verification where reasonably necessary.
Failure to provide requested verification may result in restricted functionality, suspension, or termination of an account.
12. USER CONTENT
Users retain ownership of content they submit to the Platform.
By uploading content, you grant Numu AI Solutions a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, process, and transmit that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, moderate, and improve Zawaji, subject to applicable law and your privacy settings.
Users remain responsible for content they upload.
We do not guarantee the accuracy or legality of user-generated content.
We may remove content that violates these Terms, our Community and Safety Guidelines, applicable law, or the rights of others.
13. PROHIBITED CONTENT
Users must not upload, publish, transmit, or distribute content that:
• is false or intentionally misleading;
• infringes another person's intellectual-property rights;
• contains prohibited pornography or sexually explicit material;
• contains nudity prohibited by Platform policies;
• promotes terrorism or violence;
• promotes hatred or unlawful discrimination;
• threatens another person;
• encourages unlawful conduct;
• contains malware or malicious code;
• advertises businesses without authorization;
• solicits money, investments, or donations in a prohibited or deceptive manner; or
• impersonates another person or organization.
We may remove prohibited content without prior notice where appropriate.
14. USER CONDUCT
Users agree to interact respectfully with others.
Users must not:
• harass or intimidate another user;
• stalk another user;
• repeatedly contact someone after rejection;
• send unsolicited commercial messages;
• request passwords or sensitive financial credentials;
• demand money, gifts, or loans through deception or coercion;
• manipulate or coerce another person;
• blackmail, threaten, or extort another user;
• misuse reporting systems;
• interfere with Platform operations;
• attempt to bypass Platform security; or
• circumvent another user's block.
We may restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts engaging in prohibited conduct.
15. MARRIAGE PURPOSE
Zawaji is intended to facilitate introductions between individuals genuinely seeking marriage.
Users agree not to use the Platform primarily for:
• casual dating inconsistent with the Platform's stated purpose;
• entertainment or social experimentation;
• financial gain;
• unauthorized advertising;
• political campaigning; or
• unlawful activities.
Repeated or serious misuse may result in account termination.
16. SAFETY DISCLAIMER
While Numu AI Solutions implements measures intended to improve user safety, no online platform can eliminate all risks.
We do not guarantee:
• the identity of any user;
• the intentions of any user;
• the honesty of any user; or
• the safety of offline meetings.
Users acknowledge that they voluntarily communicate with and meet other users at their own discretion and risk.
Users are encouraged to:
• verify identities independently;
• take reasonable time to know another person;
• meet in appropriate public places;
• inform trusted family members or friends before meeting;
• avoid sending money to people they meet through the Platform; and
• report suspicious behaviour promptly.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Numu AI Solutions is not responsible for a user's independent decision to communicate with, meet, become engaged to, or marry another user.
17. MESSAGING AND COMMUNICATIONS
The Platform may provide messaging or other communication features to facilitate introductions between users.
Users are responsible for communications they send through the Platform.
Numu AI Solutions does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of communications exchanged between users.
Where permitted by applicable law and consistent with our Privacy Policy, we may use automated systems or human moderation to identify spam, fraud, abuse, prohibited content, or violations of these Terms.
We are not required to actively monitor every communication and do not guarantee that every inappropriate communication will be detected or removed.
18. FRAUD PREVENTION
We may implement measures to identify and prevent fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful activity.
These measures may include:
• account verification;
• automated fraud detection;
• device and account risk analysis;
• temporary account restrictions; and
• manual review by authorized personnel.
We may suspend or terminate accounts reasonably suspected of fraud, impersonation, scams, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
We may cooperate with law-enforcement or regulatory authorities where required or permitted by applicable law.
19. REPORTING MISCONDUCT
Users may report suspected violations of these Terms, our Community and Safety Guidelines, or applicable law.
Examples include:
• fake profiles;
• impersonation;
• harassment;
• threats;
• suspicious requests for money;
• scams;
• inappropriate content;
• abuse;
• suspected underage users; or
• unlawful conduct.
We will review reports in good faith but cannot guarantee a particular outcome or response time.
We may request additional information before taking action.
20. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
Numu AI Solutions may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where it reasonably believes that:
• these Terms have been violated;
• applicable law has been violated;
• user safety is at risk;
• fraudulent activity has occurred;
• false information has been provided; or
• the Platform is being misused.
Where appropriate, we may investigate alleged violations before taking action.
Suspension or termination does not limit any other legal rights or remedies available to Numu AI Solutions or affected parties.
21. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
Certain Zawaji features may require a paid subscription.
Subscription prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and available features will be displayed before purchase.
For the Android version of Zawaji, eligible in-app subscriptions are processed through Google Play using Google Play's billing system.
For the iOS version of Zawaji, eligible in-app subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and Apple's in-app purchase system.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions may automatically renew until cancelled by the user through the applicable app-store account.
Users are responsible for cancelling subscriptions before the applicable renewal date if they do not wish to continue.
Subscription availability, prices, currencies, taxes, promotional offers, and billing terms may vary by platform and country.
Numu AI Solutions may receive transaction identifiers, purchase tokens, subscription status, expiry information, and similar information from the applicable app store in order to verify purchases and provide subscription entitlements.
Failure to use Zawaji after purchasing a subscription does not by itself create an entitlement to a refund.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable law.
22. REFUNDS
Purchases and refund requests made through Google Play or Apple's App Store are generally subject to the refund policies and procedures of the platform through which the transaction was made.
Where Numu AI Solutions has authority to consider a refund directly, any decision will remain subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer rights.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any non-waivable statutory consumer right.
23. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Platform, including its software, algorithms, questionnaires, branding, trademarks, logos, graphics, designs, databases, text, and other proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to Numu AI Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except where expressly permitted in writing or by applicable law, users must not:
• copy;
• reproduce;
• modify;
• distribute;
• reverse engineer;
• sell;
• license; or
• commercially exploit
any protected part of the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Numu AI Solutions' intellectual property to users.
24. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zawaji is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Numu AI Solutions does not warrant that:
• the Platform will operate without interruption;
• the Platform will always be secure;
• the Platform will be error-free;
• all defects will be corrected;
• matches will always be available;
• communications will always be delivered; or
• user-generated information will be accurate or complete.
Nothing in this section excludes warranties or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
25. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Numu AI Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to use of the Platform.
Without limiting the foregoing, to the extent permitted by law, Numu AI Solutions shall not be responsible for:
• relationship outcomes;
• failed engagements;
• unsuccessful marriages;
• emotional distress arising from interactions between users;
• financial losses resulting from dealings between users;
• fraudulent conduct by third parties;
• inaccurate information supplied by users; or
• decisions made in reliance upon compatibility scores, personality assessments, Islamic compatibility indicators, or AI-generated recommendations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
26. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Numu AI Solutions and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:
• violation of these Terms;
• misuse of the Platform;
• infringement of another person's rights;
• unlawful conduct;
• user-generated content; or
• disputes arising from the user's own conduct toward other users.
This section applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
27. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws and regulations in force in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, without limiting any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
Subject to any mandatory jurisdictional rights that apply to a user, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be submitted to the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent or interim legal relief where permitted by law.
28. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Numu AI Solutions may amend these Terms from time to time.
Where required by applicable law, users will be notified of material changes.
The current version will be made available through Zawaji and/or at:
Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
If you do not agree to revised Terms, you should discontinue use of the Platform and may request deletion of your account.

30. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or authority of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in force to the fullest extent permitted by law.
31. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Zawaji Privacy Policy, Community and Safety Guidelines, and any additional policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between Numu AI Solutions and the user regarding use of the Platform and supersede prior understandings relating to the Platform.
